A promising sign
Look what is ready for pickup and delivery to the museum... The Rochester & Genesee Valley Railroad Museum's new 4x8 sign! The sign's bold new design was created by volunteer Otto Vondrak. All of the sign work including vinyl cutting and application was done by volunteer Christopher Hauf. It will be installed on a new frame and backer built by volunteer Dan Waterstraat and others. A real team effort, the result is now visible to all who pass by our museum site on Route 251, next to Industry Depot. Our new sign was installed on June 30, and already is generating attention! Take a drive by and see for yourself... Better yet, come out this Sunday for a train ride and museum tour! All tours begin at the New York Museum of Transportation on East River Road.

Be sure to call a few weeks in advance to work out the details. (585) 533-1113.
